How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders more than $50 USD, it should automatically apply at checkout :), otherwise, shipping is $5. All orders are shipped out from Chicago, Illinois.

 

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the United States.

 

My order is stuck in pre-shipment, what's happening?

Orders are dropped off ASAP at our local post office. Unfortunately, this post office sometimes does not scan the packages upon intake, especially odd shaped packages (example: mailing tubes). Often packages need to pass through multiple USPS locations before tracking information updates.
